Colin Rogers loved everything about being a cop. Everything except the pay. And the rules. And the laws. Okay, really he just liked the power.
He got away with abusing that power, too, for a long time – but eventually, after too many lawsuits and internal investigations, his superiors couldn’t cover or ignore his abuses anymore.
Now he fights for the other side, just to show ’em they can’t put him down.
