Vinny has seen some stuff, y’know, man? Sooner or later the bad guys are gonna come for him, so he’ll be damned if he’s not gonna help the good guys keep them away. He knows a guy, owes him a favor; that guy knows a guy with a favor; enough favors owed and traded, and the right palms greased, and you’d be surprised what kind of gear you can get hold of out of abandoned top-secret research projects, y’know?
